checklist You will need:


  • 2 socket-socket jumper wires
  • 1 resistor
  • 1 LED
  • Electrical tape

construction Add a resistor

  • Wrap one leg of the resistor around the long (positive) leg of the LED.
  • Twist tightly three times.

  • Add electrical tape and two socket-socket jumper wires.

bug_report Test your wired LED

  • Connect the end with the resistor to the 3V3 pin.
  • Connect the other end to a GND pin.
  • Strengthen your connections with electrical tape if needed.
